How Governance Works

Universal Layer (Non-Negotiable)
Core safety principles from Anthropic, Tractatus strategic governance, and legal compliance requirements. These cannot be modified by any tenant.
Heritage Pack (Adoptable)
Community values derived from the Tractatus framework. Tenants can choose to adopt these principles to embed ethical governance.
Learned Rules (AI-Proposed)
Patterns detected by AI and proposed as governance rules. These require moderator approval before activation.
Tenant Constitution
Custom rules defined by tenant administrators and moderators. These are specific to your community's values and requirements.
